Conference Fee: $625

Register online to pay by MasterCard, VISA, or American Express. Credit card transactions will be accepted and processed online only.  This is the fastest way to secure a spot before seating capacity is reached.

No fax or telephone registrations will be accepted.

Registration will close on Friday, May 16, 2008, or earlier if the conference is fully enrolled.

Cancellations
Cancellations or participant substitutions for any confirmed registration must be made to Ginny Hughes either by e-mail or telephone; they cannot be accepted online. See contact information below. Full refunds will be made for cancellations received by the registration deadline date of May 16. Cancellations for any reason after that date and through June 9, 2008, will be refunded minus a processing fee of $100.00 per registration. Registrants who do not cancel prior to the conference or who do not attend the program will not receive a refund.
