This questionnaire is designed to assist clients of Northeast Document Conservation Center (NEDCC) in reporting necessary information about their collection, which will aid NEDCC in formulating a price quote. Please answer the following questions relative to the collection proposed for microfilming. NOTE: NEDCC microfilm clients customarily choose to purchase three generations of microfilm. The first generation, or Camera Master, is the actual film produced at the camera. The Camera Master serves as the archival microfilm and should be kept in an environmentally controlled storage facility. The second generation, or Print Master, is a negative copy of the original Camera Master that is used to make all further duplicate copies. The third generation, or Use Copy, is the film actually made available to researchers and other end users. The Use Copy is usually a positive duplicate of the Print Master.
