Performing Arts Readiness Project Online Tools Development – Request for Proposals
South Arts, (provider of the of ArtsReady online planning tool) and the Northeast Document Conservation Center, (provider of the dPlan online planning tool), are collaboratively seeking a development/design team or firm.
Firms/teams specializing in web-based application design and development are encouraged to submit proposals to develop a brand new online readiness and emergency preparedness planning tool that will serve as a major upgrade and re-envisioning of dPlan and ArtsReady. The new tool will provide users with the guidance, resources and support they need to respond when a crisis hits, to manage their response, and to quickly recover afterwards. This development project is part of the Performing Arts Readiness Project.

December 4, 2017 - Request for Proposals Opens

January 5, 2018, 5:00PM EST – Proposal Submission Deadline
January 22, 2018 – Contract Awarded
March 1, 2018 – Project begins
August 1, 2018 - Launch
