Bill Veillette

Bill Veillette has been executive director of NEDCC since 2009. Previously, he was executive director of the New Hampshire Historical Society where he focused on improving the preservation of and access to its collections, and strengthening local historical societies. He is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of NEDCC. Bill has a particular interest in helping collections-holding institutions make the case for their fundamental mission of saving, preserving, and sharing historic and artistic works. He currently serves as a trustee of Historic Deerfield, a trustee of the New Hampshire Historical Society, and an honorary fellow of the Massachusetts Historical Society. Bill earned a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and has co-authored three books: An Early History of New Concord, N.Y. (1990), Amherst Historical Moments (2004), and Walking Tours of Amherst Village (2010).

Amy Consalvi

Amy Consalvi, Manager of Administration

Amy Consalvi joined NEDCC in 2023 and is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative processes, supporting the staff and departments with their workflows and project management, and is the point person for NEDCC’s webinars, workshops, and conferences. With 15 years of experience working in museums, she is passionate about NEDCC’s mission and the impact her work has on cultural organizations. Amy previously held positions at the Museum of Russian Icons, Concord Museum, and Lowell National Historical Park. She earned an MA in Museum Education from Tufts University, and a BA in American Studies from UMass Lowell. She is a member of the New England Museum Association and currently serves on the board of the Public Health Museum in Tewksbury, MA.

Jeneen Hagerty

Jeneen Hagerty, Adminstrative Assistant

Jeneen joined NEDCC in 2019 with 25 years of administrative experience. She is responsible for providing client support including inquiries, correspondence, and payments, as well as providing support for NEDCC staff members in preparation of proposals and billing. Jeneen participates in internal project management meetings and coordinates the Board of Directors and Advisory Committee meetings.

Julie Martin

Julie Martin, Receptionist and Administrative Assistant

Julie Martin joined NEDCC in 2023 and supports the registrar and administrative team. She is responsible for client inquiries, billing, and records maintenance.

Julie has gained customer service experience in retail and healthcare settings, where she received awards for her excellence in customer satisfaction. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from MassArt where she fostered her love of art history and animation.

Jonathan Goodrich

Jonathan Goodrich, Registrar

Jonathan Goodrich has worked in the museum and conservation fields since 1992. He holds a masters degree in Museum Studies from the George Washington University and previously worked at the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of Natural History and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. Jonathan is responsible for the storage, tracking, and transportation of client collections, as well as courier trips and providing technical assistance and coordination for clients. Jonathan is a member of the New England Museum Association and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Joanne Masse

Joanne Masse, Senior Accountant

Joanne Masse has worked in the accounting field since 1990. She is responsible for the implementation of the Center’s Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Payroll and Personnel Maintenance. Joanne earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and an Advanced Accounting Certificate from the New Hampshire College Graduate School of Business.

Ryn Marchese

Ryn Marchese, Marketing Manager

Ryn Marchese joined NEDCC in 2021 and is responsible for all the marketing, promotion, and advertising of NEDCC’s services, programs, and resources, as well as working closely with the senior management team on program development, strategic planning, and other NEDCC-wide initiatives that have a broad impact on the preservation of cultural heritage collections nationwide.

Ryn has a decade of administrative and marketing experience at the Museum of Fine Arts, Brandeis University, Boston Cyclists Union, Aldo Tambellini Foundation Inc., WGBH Educational Foundation, and the American Archive of Public Broadcasting. She earned a Bachelor’s in Media Studies from Emerson College.
