NEW Series on Audiovisual Collections

In partnership with the Association of Moving Image Archivists (AMIA), NEDCC announces a series of new programs on caring for audiovisual collections.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

The webinars are designed for new and experienced professionals alike. You need not be a member of AMIA to attend.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Due to issues like media fragility and technological obsolescence, audiovisual materials present their own unique challenges for those archivists, curators, and other professionals who are charged with their preservation and access. NEDCC has partnered with AMIA to offer a series of five continuing education webinars this fall, geared towards working with these particular items in collections. All sessions are taught by leading professionals in the field and webinar attendees will leave with a working knowledge of key concepts related to these topics.
