Registration Fees

New registrants: You will receive confirmation of your registration upon completion of the online registration form. NEDCC considers you registered for the conference at that time.   

Note: Digital Directions was originally scheduled as an in-person conference in April and subsequently rescheduled for October 2020If you registered for the in-person conference, you must inform NEDCC if you want us to transfer to the online conference and how we should refund the balance of your registration fee.

$150 USD

"Lunch table" Discussion with faculty on Tuesday,

You will pre-select a faculty member or topic and will be assigned to a breakout room for small group discussion and Q&A.  


Scholarships

No scholarships are being offered at this time, but please check back at a later date.

Payment Options

Credit card: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express are accepted. Credit card transactions will be accepted and processed online only. This is the fastest way to secure a spot before seating capacity is reached. 

Fax/telephone: No fax or telephone registrations will be accepted. 

Check: To pay by institution check, personal check, or money order, first complete the online registration form. Then mail a copy of your confirmation email with a check or money order made payable to Northeast Document Conservation Center to:

NEDCC reserves the right to cancel your registration if check payment has not been received within 30 days of the registration deadline, unless prior arrangements have been made by contacting Kim O'Leary either by e-mail at koleary@nedcc.org or by telephone at 978-470-1010 ext. 226. 

Cancellation, Transfer, and Refund Policy

  • The full registration fee will be refunded if your cancellation request is received by July 31, 2020. 

  • The registration fee, minus a $50 USD processing fee, will be refunded if your cancellation request is received between August 1 - October 15, 2020. 

  • If you registered for the in-person conference, you must use this form to transfer to the online conference or request a refund.  

    • If you transfer your registration, you will have the option of receiving a refund of the balance via check (we cannot refund via credit card) or applying the balance to a colleague’s registration 

    • If you cancel your registration, you have the option of receiving a refund via check (we cannot refund via credit card) or donating your registration fee to NEDCC, a 501(c)(3) organization.
