Payment Options

To pay by credit card, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express are accepted. Credit card transactions will be accepted and processed online only. This is the fastest way to secure a spot before seating capacity is reached.

No fax or telephone registrations will be accepted.

Payment by Check Policy

To pay by institution check, personal check, or money order, please complete the online registration form and mail a copy of your confirmation email and check or money order made payable to the Northeast Document Conservation Center to:

You will receive confirmation of your registration upon completion of the online registration form. NEDCC considers you registered for the conference at that time.

PLEASE NOTE:  NEDCC reserves the right to cancel your registration if check payment has not been received within 30 days of the registration deadline, unless prior arrangements have been made by contacting Kim O'Leary either by e-mail at koleary@nedcc.org or by telephone at 978-470-1010 ext. 226.

Student Policy

To be eligible for a student registration you must fax or email a copy of your current student ID to Kim O'Leary at (978) 475-6021 or koleary@nedcc.org. Please note that student registrations are limited.

Registration Terms and Conditions

Cancellation, Substitution, and Refund Policy

  • A full refund of registration fee, minus a US $50 processing fee, will be made if cancellation request is received by May 31, 2017.

  • A 50% refund of registration fee will be made if cancellation request is received by July 21, 2017.

  • No refund will be made after July 21, 2017.

  • Substitutions may be made at the discretion of NEDCC.

  • Cancellations and substitutions must be made by contacting Kim O'Leary either by e-mail at koleary@nedcc.org or by telephone at 978-470-1010 ext. 226.
