COVID-19 UPDATE - NEDCC Facility Fully Open To Visitors!

NEDCC welcomes clients into its facility for consultations. In accordance with CDC guidance, when you visit, you will notice that NEDCC staff who are vaccinated will no longer be required to wear masks or social distance. (Although some may elect to continue wearing a mask for personal reasons, even if vaccinated.) We ask that all visitors to NEDCC follow the CDC requirements, which require those who are not yet vaccinated to continue to wear a mask and remain at least six feet away from others who are not vaccinated.

In addition, we encourage clients to make an appointment to ensure that we do not overbook our consultation rooms. Alternatively, if you prefer to minimize contact with others, you may ship your materials to us and request us to consult with you about your conservation treatment and digitization needs by phone, video chat, or email. For local clients who prefer to drop off their materials, we will continue to offer Curbside Service, which you can access here.

Thank you to those of you have expressed concern for our safety. Please rest assured that NEDCC will continue to closely follow all of the recommendations (current and evolving) of federal, state, and local health authorities in doing our part to protect the health and well-being of our staff, clients, and the general public. And, we will continue to be offering those services that can be provided electronically (e.g., 24/7 Emergency HotlinePreservation Training, etc.).

If you have any questions about current or future projects, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.
