We encourage clients to make an appointment to ensure that we do not overbook our consultation rooms. Alternatively, if you prefer to minimize contact with others, you may ship your materials to us and request us to consult with you about your conservation treatment and digitization needs by phone, video chat, or email. For local clients who prefer to drop off their materials, we will continue to offer Curbside Service, which you can access here.

For clients who prefer to minimize contact with others, NEDCC offers curbside service for the delivery and retrieval of conservation, digital imaging and audio preservation projects.

VISITING NEDCC
Directions to NEDCC
Parking
Clients or those requiring handicap access may park in the Reserved Visitor Parking spaces posted for NEDCC located to the left of the Route 133 entrance of Building 100 (A-Lot, spaces A27 through A29).
For all-day workshops or large tour groups, please proceed to Parking Lot G down York Street behind the Brickstone Square complex.
Building
NEDCC is located on the fourth floor of Building 100, the first of the two largest buildings closest to Route 133. Enter on the streetside of the building if you have parked in front.
When walking from the back parking lot, you may enter through the courtyard between Buildings 100 and 200, and enter through the second door on your right.
Shipping / Transporting Your Materials
If you are shipping an item to NEDCC, review our recommended Packing and Shipping Paper Artifacts or the Packing and Shipping Audio Media instructions.
If you require loading dock access, please refer to the map above for directions to loading dock 5 on the Route 133 side of Building 100.
